Yes, it's true. Baby number 4 is on it's way :)

Are we crazy? Maybe, but there's no turning back now.  Baby number 4 is growing strong and we are so excited! This little one is due on January 1, 2013 (pretty cool, huh) and I am almost 17 weeks along. We decided we would tell the kids before we told anyone else and it was pretty funny. When we told them they were way excited and had about a million questions, "when? boy or girl? what should we name it?" and on and on. We told them that we had to keep it a secret until we told all our other family.  They said "OK, we will" , but you could just see how excited they were and every once in a while I would catch them staring at my stomach and you can only imagine what must have been going through their mind :)  Anyway, one day I was outside hanging clothes on the line to dry and the kids were outside "helping" and playing and Saralyn was telling Alma something about the baby, quite loud.  Alma quickly said "Saralyn, how many times do I have to tell you?  Don't say the B word!" Saralyn said "oh, yeah. Sorry" Then, it was so cute, that night when she was saying her prayers she said "please help me to remember not to say the B word".  She was so concerned about keeping our little secret, so sweet.  Anyway, since we have told our family, I have had quite a few people come up to me and say " the girls told me you are expecting another little one".  The swimming teacher, primary teachers, neighbors...I think it's cute.  I am more of a private person, so I don't really spread the word very well.  So it's good that I have the girls to help me with that :) So, we are all very excited and there will surely be more news to come as we go along :)

4th of July

We had a GREAT 4th of July!  Grandma and Grandpa from PA were still here, and Grandma and Grandpa from Idaho came and brough cousins with them!  And they got to spend the night :) We watched a parade, went to the park for all kinds of fun, ate good food, and had a blast!

Eating some of the before mentioned good food :)

Eastons cooling off in the kiddie pool.  The water was freezing, but felt sooooo good in the heat of the day:)

Grandpa Briggs, testing the water.  Yep, it's cold... go ahead, jump in!

Visit from PA

The kids couldn't get enough hugs from Grandma!!  And I'm sure Grandma couldn't get enough of them either :)

Visit from P.A. : Jackson Hole

Jackson Hole is one of Grandma's favorite places, so we enjoyed a weekend seeing the sights.  Grandma and Grandpa took us to see the Bar J Wranglers.  It was a lot of fun, the kids even enjoyed it!  We also always like to see what animals we can see just driving around.  We all had a really good time together :)

Here we are waiting for the Bar-J to open so we can be seated.  Luckily, Grandma and Grandpa waited in line for us so the kids could run around for a bit.  This was a cute little wagon with flowers planted in it, which Easton loved digging in.  He didn't harm any flowers, thankfully :)

After the long wait outside to get in, we had a pretty long wait inside before the dinner actually started.  So I decided to let them eat some ice cream....before dinner :) Trust me, they deserved it

Enjoying the delicious, melty ice cream bars ;)

These bison were the closest we've ever seen, very cool.

Of course we have to have a picture of the tetons :)

Cooling off

Alma, not wanting to get into the cold water :)

Easton of course loved the water.  But he also slipped in while finding rocks and soaked his shorts.  So we decided to take his shorts off so they could dry... he didn't mind.  :)  I'm suprised that he actually has shoes on in this picture.  We have the hardest time keeping shoes on this kid!  His feet may be nice and soft, but somehow they are also extremely tough :)  I remember when I used to be able to walk across rock, no problem.  Weird, you would think you're feet would become tougher as you get older, hmmm.

Visit from P.A. :) - Bear Lake

We were so lucky to have Grandma and Grandpa come to visit us all the way from Pennsylvania! We did a lot of fun stuff, and here are a few pictures that show it :)
We always have to go to Bear Lake when they are here, so that was one thing on our list.
This picture was taken at the Oregon Trail museum that we decided to stop at on the way to Bear Lake.

Daddy and Easton having fun in the cool, refreshing water.

The girls taking a lunch break.  It didn't last long, they just had to get back in the water :)

Grandma, Saralyn, and Alma

Ahhh, he really does love me!  Sometimes he will come up to me and say "hug" and demands that he gets one...I'm ok with that :)  He give the best hugs.
